Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original sealed packaging
  • The item is not damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)Non-Returnable Items:
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed via:

  • Original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Store credit (processed within 24 hours)
 

Damaged or Wrong Item Received?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately no questions asked.
